All products sold are digital downloads, including but not limited to:

  • Max for Live devices
  • Software tools for music production

No physical products are shipped.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may:

  • Install the product on your own devices

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the product
  • Make the product publicly available

  • Use the product in a way that violates applicable laws
  • Sharing download links, license access, or account credentials is prohibited.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:
